New City Hall in Adrian, Michigan

Mayors exchange in Adrian, Michigan on May 26, 2010 was a delight. Their new City Hall is the same design as the old Hastings Public Library. The new City Hall is part of their city government complex which looks wonderfully functional and ascetically beautiful.
